The approach to the shrine is crowded with many people during the autumn foliage season and the festivals held by the Hikosan Jingu Shrine. The copper torii gate, an Important Cultural Property, near the entrance of the approach, the ruins of former lodgings scattered along the approach, and the Hidehikoyama Jingu Mokuteiden, an Important Cultural Property, built against the backdrop of magnificent mountains, create a solemn atmosphere of the sacred mountain.
The approach is right next to the town bus ``Copper Torii'' bus stop. To get to Hoheiden, you can get off at the town bus ``Copper Torii Bus Stop'' and go up the stone steps, or take the slope car at ``Hana Station'' and get off at ``Kami Station''. Parking: There are multiple locations.
